Dr. Scott Lindsay is originally from Centerville, Utah, but has practiced here in Centennial for over 16 years. He earned a bachelor’s degree in medical biology from the University of Utah in 1995, and then graduated from the University of Louisville in Kentucky, where he received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine in 1998. He values education and has completed many continuing education courses to increase his knowledge and skills, taking over 100 hours of CE every year. In 2010, he was awarded a Master in the Academy of General Dentistry, a level in dentistry that only 1% of dentists achieve. He has completed many advanced programs in aesthetic dentistry, implant and bone grafting, Invisalign®, TMJ treatment, and much more.
Dr. Lindsay taught Pain Control and Anxiety Management for three years at the CCD Hygiene School in Denver. He has taught many hygienists throughout Colorado how to give painless injections and is considered to be one of the best at providing comfortable dental treatment. Dr. Lindsay earned Diplomat status within the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, one of the highest levels of achievement in implant dentistry. He is also a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, Colorado Dental Association, and the Metro Denver Dental Society. He is one of only 300 dentists worldwide that have graduated from one of dentistry’s highest levels of technical training in Orognathic Bioesthetics. He excels in cosmetic procedures and has a fine art for providing dentistry that looks natural, feels good, and is long lasting.
Dr. Lindsay’s goal is to partner with you, his patient, to help you achieve the level of oral health you desire. He strives to help each patient maintain or restore the comfort, function, and aesthetics of their chewing systems. Dr. Lindsay is committed to continually seeking further education and training so he can provide exceptional care using the best possible techniques, materials, and technology. The ultimate goal is to help patients reach and maintain a level of oral health where they do not need dental work.
Dr. Lindsay and his wife, Mindy, have been blessed with five children, three boys and two girls. He loves the outdoors and enjoys golfing, camping, hiking, fishing, skiing, snowboarding, scuba diving, wakeboarding, wake surfing, mountain biking, dirt biking, and playing his guitar. Believing in community service, he enjoys serving in the Boy Scout program. He has also been involved in providing dental care to needy individuals in third world countries.
